Jason Watson leads ArborGen’s U.S. Sales team, helping ensure customers across the South have access to the products, expertise, and support they need to achieve their reforestation goals. He works closely with institutional landowners, TIMOs, REITs, consultants, and family forest owners to help maximize the long-term value of their forestry investments.

With more than three decades of forestry experience, Jason has dedicated much of his career to reforestation, forest genetics, and silviculture. His passion lies in helping customers understand how genetics and sound forest management practices work together to drive stronger performance and better financial outcomes over the life of a stand.

Jason believes successful forestry starts with listening. By understanding a customer’s goals, he and his team can help develop solutions that align with their unique objectives and long-term vision for their land.

A lifelong outdoorsman, Jason enjoys hunting, fishing, reading, writing, and spending time with family. He values the relationships he’s built throughout his career and considers the people of the forestry community one of the industry’s greatest strengths.
